This Privacy Policy explains how Nagarjuna Tech Solutions Private Limited
(“NTS”, “Nazdeeki”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal
information of both users/customers and sellers/restaurants and their staff
when they use Nazdeeki’s websites, mobile applications, vendor/staff portals, and related
services (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services as a user, seller, staff member, or delivery partner,
you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Scope and Consent
This Policy applies to all individuals who interact with Nazdeeki, including:
customers/users, sellers (restaurants, food stalls, cloud kitchens, cafés), their
staff and delivery partners, and other stakeholders using our Services.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described
here, in line with Indian law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
Information We Collect
Information from Users/Customers
- Identity & Contact: Name, mobile number, email address.
- Addresses & Location: Saved delivery addresses, PIN code, and location (when you permit access) for discovery and delivery.
- Account & Profile: Profile photo (if provided), favourites, preferences, saved restaurants, dietary choices.
- Orders & Usage: Order history, cart contents, table or QR details, service type (dine‑in, parcel, delivery, event), timestamps.
- Payment Metadata: Payment method chosen, status, transaction IDs, and masked identifiers via payment partners
(Nazdeeki does not store full card details).
- Communications: Ratings, reviews, support chats, complaints, feedback and other messages.
Information from Sellers and Staff
- Business Details: Legal and trade name, outlet addresses, FSSAI number, GSTIN, PAN, menus, pricing, offers.
- Financial Details: Bank account/UPI details for settlements and related billing data.
- Staff & Delivery: Names, photos, phone numbers, roles, identity document details
(e.g. Aadhaar/PAN/Driving Licence, as provided), vehicle details, shift and assignment history.
Automatically Collected Information (Users & Sellers)
- Device & App: Device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, language, device identifiers.
- Usage & Logs: Pages/screens visited, buttons clicked, feature usage, error logs, performance diagnostics, timestamps.
- Location: Approximate or precise location (with your permission) for showing nearby outlets,
allocating deliveries, and optimising routes.
- Cookies & SDKs: Session IDs, login tokens, preference cookies, analytics and advertising identifiers
as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from Third Parties
- Social Login: Basic profile and contact data from Google or other providers if you sign in that way.
- Verification Partners: Licence and KYC verification results for sellers and staff from authorised sources.
- Service Partners: Data from payment, analytics, mapping, communication or marketing partners that support our Services.
How We Use Your Information
For Users/Customers
- Create and manage your Nazdeeki account and authentication.
- Enable search, discovery, QR/scan ordering, dine‑in, parcel, delivery and event bookings.
- Process payments, apply offers, generate invoices and manage refunds.
- Send order updates, alerts, and necessary communications (e.g. OTPs, security warnings).
- Provide customer support and handle complaints or disputes.
For Sellers and Their Staff
- Onboard and verify sellers, outlets and staff (including KYC/licence checks where required).
- Display listings, menus, pricing, availability and offers to users.
- Route orders, manage order flows, allocate deliveries and show performance dashboards.
- Compute commissions, gateway charges and settlements and provide financial reports.
- Support staff access control, role-based permissions and audit trails.
Security, Fraud and Improvement
- Monitor and prevent fraud, abuse of offers, suspicious activities and security threats.
- Protect accounts, enforce Terms & Conditions and ensure platform integrity.
- Analyse aggregated usage to fix issues, improve features, and design new services.
- Comply with Indian legal and regulatory requirements (IT Act, DPDP Act, FSSAI, tax laws, etc.).
How We Share Your Information
We share data only when necessary, with safeguards:
With Sellers (for User Orders)
- When you place an order or booking, we share your name, contact, order items,
delivery/table details and instructions with the chosen Seller so they can fulfil it.
- Sellers must use such data only for fulfilling the relevant Nazdeeki orders and must
comply with applicable laws and this Policy.
With Users (for Seller Visibility)
- We display Seller name, logos, addresses, timings, menus, ratings and other
outlet details to Users for discovery and decision-making.
With Delivery Partners & Staff
- For a specific delivery, we share pickup and drop locations, relevant order details,
and necessary contact information (often masked or proxied where supported).
- For waiters/staff, we provide access to the outlet and functions needed for their role.
With Service Providers
- Payment gateways, banks and UPI providers for processing payments and refunds.
- Cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, SMS/email/push providers, and KYC/verification partners.
Legal and Business Requirements
- Government authorities, regulators, law enforcement or courts when required by law or valid process.
- Auditors, advisors or potential acquirers in the context of mergers, acquisitions or restructuring with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing.
Cookies and Tracking
Nazdeeki uses cookies, local storage and SDKs to keep you logged in, remember preferences,
secure sessions, measure usage and show relevant offers. You can manage cookies via browser,
device or in‑app settings, but some functions may not work if you disable them. Details are

Legal Basis and Your Rights (India)
We process personal data on the basis of consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations
and legitimate interests, in line with Indian law including the Digital Personal Data
Protection Act, 2023.
Your Rights

- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate or incomplete details.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data,
subject to statutory retention obligations.

Data Security, Storage and Retention

your data. While no system is completely risk‑free, reasonable safeguards are in place to
reduce risks.
- Account & Profile Data: Kept while your account is active and for a reasonable
period after closure for legal, tax and dispute purposes.
- Orders & Settlements: Retained as required under Indian tax and accounting laws.
- Logs & Analytics: Retained for shorter durations or anonymised where possible.
Data is primarily stored in India. If data is processed outside India by service providers,
appropriate safeguards and Indian legal requirements are followed.
Children’s Privacy
Nazdeeki is intended for individuals 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal
data from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided data, we will take steps to delete or
handle it in accordance with law.
Account Deletion
Users and sellers can request deletion of their Nazdeeki account and associated personal data
(subject to legal retention requirements) by:
- Using the in‑app Help & Support / settings section to submit an account deletion request; or
- Sending an email from their registered email ID to nazdeekiofficial@gmail.com
with name and registered phone number.
We will verify the request and confirm deletion or anonymisation of data, except where retention
is required by law (for example, for tax or dispute purposes).
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology
or our Services. The “Effective Date” will be updated, and important changes may be
communicated via in‑app notice, email or website banners. Continued use of Nazdeeki after
such changes means you accept the updated Policy.

Grievance & Escalation
If we do not resolve your concern within a reasonable time, you may escalate to the
appropriate authorities such as the Data Protection Board of India, consumer forums or
cyber‑crime authorities, as permitted under applicable law.
