Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction and Parties
1.1 About Nazdeeki
Nazdeeki is a product operated by Nagarjuna Tech Solutions Private Limited
(“Nazdeeki”, “NTS”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions
(“Terms”) form a binding agreement between NTS and: (a) users/customers using Nazdeeki
to browse restaurants, place orders and use related services (“Users”); and
(b) restaurants, food stalls, cloud kitchens and their authorised representatives
onboarded on Nazdeeki (“Sellers”).
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nazdeeki websites, mobile applications, vendor/staff portals,
or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by
these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2.1 Platform Nature
Nazdeeki is a technology intermediary and marketplace that connects Users with Sellers
for QR/scan ordering, dine-in, parcel, delivery and event bookings. We facilitate
discovery, ordering, communication, payments and coordination, but do not manufacture,
cook or sell food.
2.2 Core Service Modes
The Services may include: QR/Scan ordering at tables, dine-in orders and billing,
parcel/takeaway orders, delivery coordination and tracking, and event or table bookings,
accessible via web and mobile apps.
2.3 Responsibility for Food and Delivery
Food quality, preparation, hygiene, packaging and compliance with food safety and
labelling laws remain the sole responsibility of the Seller. Delivery may be carried
out by the Seller, Seller’s staff or third-party partners, who are responsible for
conduct and compliance during transit.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian
law. Account creation requires accurate information such as name, mobile number and
OTP verification.
3.2 Seller Eligibility
Sellers must be duly authorised entities or individuals operating restaurants, food
stalls, cloud kitchens or similar businesses, holding valid FSSAI and other required
licences. Seller representatives warrant that they are authorised to bind the Seller.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all
activity under your account. You must promptly update any changes in contact details
or business data and inform Nazdeeki of any suspected unauthorised access.
4. User Terms (Customers)
4.1 Use of Services
Users may use Nazdeeki to search restaurants, view menus, place dine-in/parcel/delivery/
event orders, make payments through supported methods and provide ratings and reviews
based on genuine experience.
4.2 Order Placement and Acceptance
Menus, prices and taxes are set by Sellers and may change. An order placed by a User
via Nazdeeki is an offer to the Seller. The order becomes active only when the Seller
accepts it in the vendor panel. Nazdeeki is not responsible for a Seller’s decision to
accept or reject any order.
4.3 Cancellation by User
Users may cancel an order only until the Seller changes the order status from “Pending”
to “Preparing” in the system. After the order is marked “Preparing” or later, User
cancellation is not allowed under normal flow except where required by law or expressly
permitted by Nazdeeki policies for specific cases.
4.4 Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; Nazdeeki does not store
full card details. Applicable fees and taxes are shown before checkout. Refunds for
eligible cancellations or issues are initiated by Nazdeeki as per the Refund &
Cancellation Policy. Refunds generally reflect in the User’s account within the
communicated time, and Users may contact nazdeekiofficial@gmail.com with valid proof
if not received.
4.5 User Conduct
Users must not place fake or abusive orders, misuse offers, harass Sellers or staff,
attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful or defamatory content.
5. Seller Terms (Restaurants / Food Stalls)
5.1 Onboarding and Compliance
Sellers must provide accurate business information, including legal name, outlet
addresses, FSSAI licence, GSTIN, PAN and bank details. Sellers are responsible for
obtaining and maintaining all required licences and complying with applicable laws,
including the Food Safety and Standards Act and tax laws.
5.2 Menus, Pricing and Service
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of menus, item descriptions, prices
and taxes shown on Nazdeeki, and must honour accepted orders with correct, safe and
timely preparation, packaging and handover.
5.3 Staff and Delivery Management
Sellers must ensure their waiters, staff and delivery partners using vendor/staff
portals are properly verified, trained and act in compliance with law and Nazdeeki
policies. Sellers are responsible for their staff’s actions in connection with orders.
5.4 Fees and Settlements
After any applicable commission-free period, Nazdeeki may charge commission and other
agreed fees on eligible orders. Third-party payment gateway fees and applicable taxes
may be passed through. Nazdeeki will make net settlements to Sellers on the agreed
cycle (for example, T+2 business days) after deducting commission, gateway charges,
refunds and applicable taxes, with statements provided through the vendor dashboard
or other agreed means.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 Privacy Policy
Nazdeeki collects and processes personal data of Users and Sellers in accordance with
the Nazdeeki Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal
Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable. By using the Services you acknowledge
and agree to the Privacy Policy.
6.2 Cookies and Tracking
Nazdeeki uses cookies, SDKs and similar technologies to operate the platform, secure
sessions, remember preferences and analyse usage. Details are provided in the Nazdeeki
Cookie Policy.
7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
7.1 Platform IP
All rights in the Nazdeeki platform, including software, design, logos, content and
trademarks, belong to NTS or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable,
non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal or authorised
business use only.
7.2 Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works
from the platform, except where expressly allowed by law or these Terms.
8. Liability, Indemnity and Disclaimers
8.1 Platform Disclaimer
Nazdeeki is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for
reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that all
information (such as menus or availability) will always be accurate.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nazdeeki will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or
goodwill. Subject to applicable law, Nazdeeki’s total aggregate liability for any
claim will be limited to the total convenience/service fees paid by the User to
Nazdeeki, or the commission paid by the Seller to Nazdeeki, in the three (3) months
preceding the claim.
8.3 Indemnity
Users and Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nazdeeki, its officers and
employees from claims, losses or liabilities arising from their breach of these
Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or misuse of the Services.
9. Changes, Suspension and Termination
9.1 Changes to Services and Terms
Nazdeeki may modify, update or discontinue parts of the Services and may update these
Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date,
and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
9.2 Suspension and Termination
Nazdeeki may suspend or terminate access to the Services for reasons including legal
requirements, security concerns, fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms. You may stop
using the Services at any time; certain obligations (including payment of dues,
confidentiality, IP and indemnity) survive termination.
10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Contact
10.1 Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer
protections, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes
arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.
